How do I become a Play4me member?
Enhance your shopping experience with play4me.com.au and take advantage of Free Membership.
To register as a member, you will need to tell us your name, email address, password, password reminder and date of birth.
Email is our primary mode of communication with our members. That's why an email address is a requirement for membership.
To make your shopping quicker and easier, you can provide us with a saved delivery address and saved credit card details. These details will automatically appear at the relevant stages of the purchase process for logged in members.
Please note: all information provided by customers is stored on our secure server and is only used to enhance the play4me.com.au shopping experience.

We're making shopping at play4me.com.au even easier for our members. We're using personalisation to make it simpler for members to log in, view their Wishlist and use our other great services.
Of course, shopping at play4me.com.au is still 100% safe and secure.
Personalisation simply means that our server recognises members who return to play4me.com.au from a computer they've used to shop here before. There's a personal welcome in the top right hand corner and members can access My Wishlist immediately.
To enable personalisation, simply check the box next to 'Remember me' in the member login fields when you next log in.
We will automatically display your email address to make logging in easier.
All of your personal details like saved addresses and past purchases will remain protected by your password.
My Account is your own personal record of your Play4me membership. This is where you can access and update all your member information. If you want to review or change your password, credit card details or delivery addresses, this is where you go. We will also keep track of your purchase history so that you can review your past purchases at a glance.

Review Purchase History
This allows you to check all of the product, delivery and payment details for any purchases made whilst logged in as a member.
This allows you to confirm order details and track orders so you know whether your order has been dispatched yet and with which delivery service.
'On order' refers to an order that has been received and is being processed by our Operations team. An order that has been 'despatched', has left our distribution centre and is in the safe hands of one of our delivery partners.
You can change your password at any time. Your old password must be entered to allow for this. If you cannot remember the password, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will give you hints as to what it may be. Like financial institutions we will not tell you your password over the phone or via email as this may not be secure. Your privacy is very important to us so please select a password hint that will genuinely remind you of your password.
Change your delivery details
To speed up the purchase process, members can provide saved delivery addresses to appear on the delivery page. Members can edit or delete an existing address and also enter new addresses in this area.

Log in / Logout
Log in as a member by entering your Email Address / Login and password into the member login section. You can get to this section by selecting 'Log in' from the header navigation.
To confirm whether you are logged in as a member or a guest, check the top right-hand side of the screen.
To logout, select the 'Logout' link from the header navigation.
Wishlist lets you bookmark products that you'd like to purchase in the future or make suggestions to others. You can create your own 'dream' shopping list, and send it to your friends & family!
To add products to your Wishlist simply select 'Add to Wishlist' at the bottom of each product description. We can conveniently store all of your gift ideas until the special occasion arrives.

To subscribe, please select the relevant box when registering as a member. To subscribe to the Music Newsletter at a later stage, enter into 'Change my Registration Details' in 'My Account' and select the relevant box.
