Using your play4me account
You can log into your play4me.com.au account as soon as you arrive on the website by click on the LOG IN link on the top tool bar. You can also choose to log into your account when you have selected your products to purchase and click on the PAY NOW button.
You can only update or change details in your account when you are logged into your account. Click on My Account link on left hand side of the top tool bar. Select the options shown on the left hand side of the page appropriate to your needs.
If you want to change your delivery address after you have just placed an order, we suggest that you contact us as your order may have already been despatched.

If you want to return a product to us because it is faulty or damaged, you can do so through Australia Post. Please contact our customer service consultants by emailing email@example.com if you wish to do so.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. In the event that a band cannot tour, ticket holders will be issued a full refund or replacement tickets should the band re-schedule.
