RORY GALLAGHER is the man who, without question, spearheaded the entire Irish rock and blues movement.
More than that, he has had a significant influence on scores of musicians everywhere and has legions of loyal
fans around the world to this day, despite his untimely death on June 14th, 1995.
He was head-hunted by the Rolling Stones - and famously turned down their offer to join them in 1975.
He did, however, play with some of his heroes: Muddy Waters, Albert King and Jerry Lee Lewis, amongst
others
The undisputed King of earthy blues, he is frequently cited as the greatest Irish rock guitarist of all time.
