Description:
Husband and wife GPs Ed and Cathy continue to run the clinic in the Haddington Road area of Dublin. But will they and their colleagues, whose lives become increasingly entwined, cope with the pressures? Newcomer to the clinic is Clodagh Delany, GP and acupuncturist, full of the joys of her new job, eager to help and get to know everyone. As she arrives at work in her car; shes arguing on the phone with her mother and knocks someone over. Her day goes from bad to worse when she suspects a patient has an ectopic pregnancy, but is overruled. Keelin goes to Cathy and confesses about her night with Ed. Cathy is stunned, and confronts Ed, who tries to rationalise the situation.
