His own label Full Pupp has some of the best house-not-house, neo-disco or call-it-what-you-want dance music records to offer that you heard in a long time. * Having already garnered international acclaim for his own DJing skills we now get to sample a snapshot of Thomas M. Hermansen in action across two sumptuous discs. Featuring many tracks from the outer reaches of disco, funk and electronica 'Cosmo Galactic Prism' is an eclectic amalgam of the old and new yet still retains the flow and structure of a Prins Thomas DJ set. * The two-disc mix is 38 tracks of super-eclectic sounds that surely boasts the year's most baffling tracklisting.Beside recent house, techno, and spaced out electronica (Closer Musik, Recloose , the Mole, Boards of Canada, Tres Demented aka Carl Craig, et al) sit oldies, oddities, prog rock, twisted funk, avante garde grooves, psychedelic fusion and all manner of leftfield concoctions and hoary jaw-droppers from the likes of Parliament, Holger Czukay, Bob James, and Hawkwind.
