The title of this disc is exceedingly appropriate. Not that Mary J. Blige's pervious output could ever be accused of lacking in groove factor, but this remix album's raison d'etre is getting feet moving out on the dance floor. That aim is fully achieved, with the help of some skilled remixers, such as the legendary Junior Vasquez, who adds some old-school house flavor to "Your Child," and Curtis Moore, who lends a '70s disco tinge to the sunny "Everything." And for those who can't get enough of the already oft-remixed smash "No More Drama" need look no further than DANCE FOR ME's opening cut, which offers a booming, atmospheric Thunderpuss remix.
