The single, described by the UK Guardian as, 'an amped up protest song with a lethal chorus', rocketed into the iTunes Top 10 when released as a download late last year and led to the Guardian tipping Pallot as, 'One of the hottest acts of 2006'. Nerina Pallot is a classically trained pianist and multi-instrumentalist singer-songwriter. Born in London to a half-French father and Indian- born mother, Pallot spent part of her childhood in India before settling in Jersey.

Nerina spent 2005 and 2006 touring and building an engrossed live following. Alongside her own shows she has also supported James Blunt (Europe), Joseph Arthur, Suzanne Vega, Missy Higgins, Ray Lamontagne and Sheryl Crow.

Drawing influence from Joni Mitchell, Carole King and Carly Simon just as much as from The Beatles, Bob Dylan and Steely Dan, 'Everybody's Gone To War' demonstrates the phenomenal talent of Nerina.

Produced by Howard Willing (Smashing Pumpkins), Wendy Melovoin (Prince & The Revolution) and Eric Rosse (Tori Amos), Nerina proves herself to be an exciting young British talent with plenty of scope for the future.
