Newly signed Brushfire recording artists ALO have been on the road touring madly supporting fellow label mate Jack Johnson all over Europe and the US. ALO's Zach Gill sums up the unique dynamic that defines ALO (Animal Liberation Orchestra), as born from a friendship nurtured during their days at the University of California. The four-piece collective includes part musical explorers, part pop song-smiths, all-around dynamic performers. Zach Gill has been the piano and accordion player in Johnson's band for a number of years now and ALO's first single Girl I Wanna Lay You Down has been part of Jacks own live show.

ALO's debut album Fly Between Falls features the above mentioned live stage favourite Girl I Wanna Lay You Down (featuring Jack Johnson).
