With a total lack of respect to the current minimal blueprint doing the rounds on the world's cooler dancefloors, 2000 and One's sound harks back to the heady days of Tech-House when the drum kicks were big and the basslines were fat. This is no more evident than on tracks like 'Spanish Fly' with it's old school snare drum roll and massive drop, and 'State of House' with it's jacking 'oompty-boompty' aesthetics, which shows a total disregard to a lazy dancefloor.
