Hit to Death in the Future Head is The Flaming Lips' fifth album and their debut album on Warner Bros. Records.The album is known for its particularly long hidden track at the end of the CD, consisting of a continuous burst of staccato noise, panning from channel to channel, lasting for nearly a half hour. According to the band's website; "The CD features a joke eleventh track of a forty odd seconds loop repeating for about thirty-five minutes."
