The material on the three CDs has been culled from two legendary live performances by Led Zeppelin: the Los Angeles Forum and Long Beach Arena in June, 1972. Melded together and sequenced to replicate a single concert from beginning to end, it captures the band at the height of their formidable powers. Among the highlights are a 25-plus minute version of "Dazed And Confused", a 23-minute medley based around "Whole Lotta Love" and such classics as "Stairway To Heaven" and "Rock And Roll". This is live rock and roll music as it has never been heard before. and may never be again.
