Mike "Mike D" Diamond, Adam "MCA" Yauch and Adam "Adrock" Horovitz, better known as the Beastie Boys, return with their 7th studio album 'The Mix-Up'.

'The Mix-Up' is a collection of 12 brand new wordless, sample-less, scratchless originals tracks written and produced by one of the most influential and groundbreaking acts it's the band's first full length offering of all-new, all-original instrumental recordings.

The album can be best described as laid back, chilled out acid jazz similar to the bands 1996 release "In Sound From Way Out".

'The Mix-Up' celebrates the Beastie Boys 25-year-and-counting career which has logged 40 million in sales, 2 Grammy awards, MTV Video Vanguard Lifetime Achievement award, four #1 albums-including the first hip hop album ever to top the Billboard 200 with the band's 1986 debut full length, 'Licensed To Ill'.
