Jeff Buckley's live performances were incandescent experiences shared between the artist, his band (Michael Tighe, guitar; Mick Grondahl, bass; Matt Johnson, drums), and the audience. This eagerly awaited live album captures the power and passion of Jeff and his band in concert. Following the release of 'Grace' in 1994, Jeff spent much of '94 - '96 performing around the Unknown Mystery Boy, and Hard Luck tours, 'Mystery White Boy' brings together, for the first time, many of the high points of those shows.

Produced by Michael Tighe and Mary Guibert (Jeff's mother), this album provides electrifying live interpretations of songs from 'Grace', obscure and marvelous cover choices. Half of the album (6 tracks) was recorded in Australia (from shows in Sydney and Melbourne).

The Australian version of 'Mystery White Boy' includes an exclusive Australian only three track bonus disc.
