His track I Wish You Were Here was a Triple J hit in 2007. He also runs the TIGERSUSHI label (MAURICE FULTON, METRO AREA & more). Borrowing its title from the ROBERT FROST poem cited in The Outsiders, NOTHING GOLD delves into ideas of the turbulent transition between youth and adulthood. Self described as somewhere between CAN, Motown, GRACE JONES and DAFT PUNK, Nothing Gold draws upon 80s artists like Remain In Light era TALKING HEADS that could effortlessly blend production sheen with art rock, and all of that within a dance album context.
