So from IT to music, that's a big change but one that should have happened in the first place. Don't you hate it when you don't know what you want to do in life? Yes that happened to Chris, 6 years too late. But now he knows his future. A kid moving from New Zealand to Australia in 2001, who had always listened to music and not always what the mates were listening to, He started a web zine called Parx-e http://www.parx-e.com in 2001 .He used his site as the basis for his label "Clear Springs Entertainment" first release.:- "Parx-e A Compilation Of Independent Music" featuring 20 artists who have been interviewed or review on his site Parx-e. He ditched IT because he knew it wasn't him and couldn't make a career out of it. He became a door to door collector while trying to find a job in the music industry but here he is with his first release. With the support of his amazing friends and family, he knew he was on the right track.

The compilation features talent from Australia, America, New Zealand and Scotland, all artists who have been chosen for their talent and to showcase these new talents and talent that needs to be discovered and heard. For example talent such as Katie Brianna, The Dramas, Jenny Dalton, The Wellingtons, Julian Coryell and Amanda Rogers for example. The CD also features Fourth Floor Collapse and The Long Winters, bands that you may know already. The CD has a wide variety of different types of music and they have all been featured on Parx-e in form of an interview or a CD review and yes, even the cover model, has done one interview with the site. The CD will be selling for a retail price of 15 dollars Australian.

The CD features also an interactive section which you load in your computer and load up in your web browser of choice, to find out more about the artists and how to get their music, Also how to contact them and the cover model as well.
