Description:
Rude Boy takes a look at the UK of 1980 through the eyes of Ray Gange, a punk music fan who works as a roadie for his favourite band, The Clash. Set in the time of economic decline in Britain, the documentary paints a dark mood of disillusionment, linking concert footage with clips from political demonstrations and protests.
At the centre of the film, is the footage of the Clash on the road over two 1978 tours. The film captures the frenetic live energy of one of rock’s most influential and exciting bands. The audio has been remastered, deleted scenes and two full performances have been included. Also interviews, photo galleries and more.
