Description:
With Paul Hesta, formally Crowded House McSweeney are a band confident enough to know that their songs sum up everything you need to know about them - and no pseudo intellectual title is going to fool anyone. They've been around long enough to have a nicely bent view on the whole rock scene. You'll discover great songs about a bunch of non standard 'rock' subject matter on the new album - and that's a good thing. You'll hear songs of reconciliation, hard won truths and unembellished regrets. You'll also hear banjos, mandolins, beautiful harmonies, strands of folk, blues and country and the sound of people doing what they love to do.
