THE ALMOST is the brainchild of Aaron Gillespie, well known as singer/songwriter and drummer from the hard-rocking emo band Underoath.

The Almost's SOUTHERN WEATHER presents Gillespie out front as a singer, songwriter and an impressive multi-instrumentalist - he played and sang almost every note on the album himself, with production by Seattle producer Aaron Sprinkle.

Underoath have just completed a sold-out national tour of Australia and have a very dedicated fanbase with sales of their last album now over 10k.

Southern Weather debuted #39 on the US albums chart and has so far sold over 100,000 units. The Almost are currently playing the main stage on the Vans Warped tour & Songs posted on MySpace.com have amassed nearly 4 million total plays, including 800,000 for the single and video.
