STEP UP
Set in the exhilarating world of music and dance, Step Up is an inspiring romantic drama that follows the struggles of two teenagers, Tyler and Nora, from opposite sides of the tracks, as they try to achieve their dreams. Trouble with the law lands Tyler (Channing Tatum) with a community Service order at Maryland’s Performing Arts High School. He arrives at the school as an angry outsider, until his skills as a gifted street dancer draws Nora’s (Jenna Dewan) attention. As sparks fly between them, both on and off stage, Tyler realises he has just one performance to prove that he can step up to a life far larger than he ever imagined.

HONEY
Honey Daniels (Jessica Alba) has been waiting all her life to show the world her dance moves and now, everything she ever wanted is just a step away.

For years, her spirit and ambition have given the dancer and aspiring choreographer the courage to move ahead, even when those who love her best have doubts about her possible success in such a tough field.

Her one-in-a-million break arrives in the form of a video director, who sees Honey in the club she bartends and dances at, and offers her a spot as a back-up dancer. As her true ability shines through, Honey starts to live the dream, choreographing for some of the hottest acts in hip-hop and R&B, including Ginuwine, Tweet and Jadakiss & Sheek.

Almost as quickly as it arrives though, the dream begins to dissolve and Honey, with the encouragement of her boyfriend Chaz (Mekhi Phifer) and best friend Gina (Joy Bryant), rediscovers her love of dancing through the exuberant energy of a group of neighbourhood kids.

Bille Woodruff (music video director for Usher, Britney Spears and Toni Braxton), in his directorial debut combines a young, vibrant cast with a pulsating, diverse soundtrack featuring some of the best R&B, hip-hop and urban music superstars of today.

SAVE THE LAST DANCE
Sara is a small town girl with a big dream to become a world class ballerina. But when her mother suddenly dies Sara must abandon her plans and join her estranged father on Chicago s gritty South Side. A white girl in a predominately black neighborhood Sara feels out of place until she is befriended by a black classmate Chenille and her handsome brother Derek. Sparks fly between Sara and Derek whose shared love for dance leads to romance. But as Sara and Derek's relationship grows so does opposition from their families and friends. Now Sara and Derek face the biggest challenge of their young lives to stay true to their dreams...and each other.
