Born in Melbourne, Australia, rosie bought herself a guitar at 17 and started pouring out songs in her own stand-out, original style.

In 1999 rosie wrote & recorded her first E.P. "rock my world". Since that time she has recorded another three albums, released on her label "payne street records", and travelled the world playing in folk & live music venues, for appreciative audiences around the globe.

"viewed (though a little distracted)", is rosie's latest, and first full length, album available for commercial release.

This album is a quirky collection of songs written over the last year and recorded in her livingroom in Melbourne. rosie's music flows straight from the heart and blood - at times edgy and intense, at times raw and beautiful, it is always original and gripping.
