Description:
The Way To Go Out is a compelling demonstration of the brilliance of a young Hunters and Collectors. Rising out of the darkest period in their history with a stripped back yet powerful lineup, this classic pub rock gig was recorded in 1984 at the Venue, in the Hunna's home town of Melbourne.

Thumping bass guitar and drums dominate with jangly guitars, the horns of contempt and Mark Seymour's passionate raw vocals forming the unique new Hunna's sound of the time. The Way To Go Out presents much of the Hunna's impressive 1984 studio album "The Jaws Of Life", including live favourites "The Way To Go Out", "The Slab" and "Little Chalkie". Also includes a very early version of the song that was to become the Hunna's anthem, "Throw Your Arms Around Me".

The Way To Go Out is more than just a concert film - it's a snapshot of a seminal band at the tipping point of their extraordinary career, surrounded by phenomenal talent and displaying all the qualities that would make them live in the Australian rock consciousness well beyond their tenure as a going concern.
