Australian preschool teachers Jeff Fatt and Tony Field formed a band aimed at children in 1979 called The Cockroaches that toiled around Australia for 12 years. After one Top Ten pop hit in their years together, the outfit disbanded in 1991. Fatt and Field though decided to start over again with Murray Cook and Greg Page as The Wiggles and the rest is now history. Their success has brought a plentitude of gold records and awards from Childrens groups for their innovative songs and stage show which are the envy of toddlers around the world. Theyre wacky yet sophisticated and reach kids on their own level. This disc includes a few instrumental versions so kids can sing along on their own as well as a Wigglemix and medley plus enhanced interactive content.
