TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Information on how to enter and giveaways forms part of these terms and conditions. Entry is open only to Australian residents. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.

2. It is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners. Each entry will be individually judged based on creativity and manner of expression.

3. Entries commence on the 24th of March 2008 and close on the 13th of April 2008. The judging will take place on the 14th of April 2008. The successful entrant will be notified by mail, e-mail or phone call. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

4. The Promoter (Play4me & Sony Pictures Releasing) accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize values. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

5. If the winners are, under the age of 18 years, the prizes will be awarded to the winners' parent or legal guardian.

6. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoters (Play4me & Sony Pictures Releasing) may use the entrants' names, addresses and entry pieces for any promotional, marketing, publicity or commercial purposes.

7. The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of accepting the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
