ROCK IT! follows the adventures of three inquisitive friends Jack, Comet and Asteroid, who are accidentally launched into outer space when they board, what they think is an old rocketship ride in an abandoned fairground! On their travels they make new friends in Zaboo and Cosmos, two loveable aliens and Gamma the galaxy's greatest computer. ROCK IT! has been developed in association with early learning experts to ensure that while entertaining ROCK IT! is also education made fun. ROCK IT! bases its educational foundation on promoting social skills to encourage school readiness and its characters and narrative storylines reflect human qualities and events children are familiar with and see in their own lives. ROCK IT! communicates these stories through fun songs, which aim to empower children with self worth and enrich their imaginations and sense of wonder. Most of all ROCK IT! is about giving children a magical experience that is engaging, exciting and educational.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOW TO ANYONE!

My children have trouble watching the COMET character, she is TOO old, and doesn't do the show any justice. The Asteroid character, is the one my children love to watch, but unfortunately it seems like the other characters constantly pick her which really troubles and upsets my children. From a parents point of view though she is the easiest to watch and the most real and friendly. The two cartoon like characters, Zaboo and Cosmos are also great. Jack is just mean and rude, and would hate for any of my children to pick up his traits, which I believe is teaching that it's ok to be STUCK UP and selfish.

AGAIN, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOW TO ANYONE!!!!

This is my children's (4 years & 6 years) favourite DVD. They laugh alot while watching it. It keeps them entertained so I'm happy. Its got a lot on it so at least I don't have to hear the same thing over and over.

ROCK IT! is the best children's act there has been. The show is a quirky orginal concept that teaches good morals and lessons. We got this DVD and my kids haven't stop watching. It is a long DVD with 3 hours on it so definitely good value.

My kids won this DVD in a competition in a magazine and it arrived just in time for Xmas. My kids haven't stopped watching it. The DVD runs for 3 hours so quite a lot of content. Great show worth getting if you have kids under 8.

ROCK IT IS A GREAT SHOW FOR KIDS. MUCH MORE SLICK THAN OTHER KIDS GROUPS LIKE THE WIGGLES OR HI 5. THIS GROUP ARE GOOD SINGERS AND DANCERS BUT THEY ALSO HAVE INTERESTING AND HUMOUROUS STORYLINES.OUR KIDS LOVE THIS DVD.

ROCK IT! is brilliant. All my kids are happy to watch it. My oldest is 8 and the youngest is 18 months. Also I have 3 boys and one girl. ROCK IT! is one of the few shows they all like and that I like too. It teaches children about friendship and kindness to eachother. My kids watch this DVD over and over and always laugh at Jack and his silly antics. Very Clever. 6 episodes on this DVD so lots to keep kids entertained.

I am a Mum with 2 young children and this is by far their favourite show. The TV show is only on once a week so I was pleased to be able to get the DVD. My kids watch it over and over. Its actually quite funny and definitely one of the better childrens shows. The DVD runs for 3 hours which makes its [$] price tag really cheap.

Rock it is a fun show for kids with a little bit of humour to keep the adults watching too. The storylines are funny, the songs catchy and the 3 host excellent and hidden in the clever scripts are positive messages and life lessons for kids. The DVD was particulary good values 6 episodes over 3 hours!

No, I would not recommend this to a friend

After watching the first season I was very dissapointed in this show. I've been teaching in the early childhood sector for over 9 years and found this show to be not age appropriate and very confusing for kids. As many surveys suggest, children respond better to younger actors. The acting by Jack Jupiter and Comet is also very poor. If anything Asteroid should be the only one on screen! thumbs up to her but overall a big thumbs down to the show, Jack Jupiter and Comet.

Rock It! is a blast for kids. With funny characters, catchy music, animation and a talented cast Rock It! has become a firm favourite with my kids.
